oh wow…

one of my fav japanese folktale is about a rabbit who tricked the alligators to line up so the rabbit could use them for stepping stones to reach an island. When the alligators found out they were tricked, they skinned the rabbit alive. There was a kind helpful man who came along to help the rabbit’s problem. The identity of that man is never mentioned. I know now who the mysterious man is, he is Oh-na-muji.

too many…

trolls in my life. Only God can deliver me from this big mess. Only a strong convenant can break this curse of trolls^^;; I’m willing to bet He can deliver me from this hopeless situation. Time will tell.

jbc…

japan bideo corp 🙂 in the beginning, they had awesome anime titles, even american cartoons dubbed in japanese, but eventually they stopped doing that 😦 My friend found out the hard way that jbc simply don’t take customer request. I also tried but they let me down. Really, they can’t request Miho Nakayama concert? I’m sure they would make a lot of money if they took my request seriously. I placed it three days before the airdate. again, they let me down. I keep wondering if I was better off requesting at tokyo video.

remembering…

tokyo video(on bush st) In its early days, it took over a small corner store. I got free membership 🙂 Later on, it moved over to bush st. It stayed there for many years. I simply don’t know if any american customers actually came to their establishment. I would never know. Anyway, they did good biz over the years. then one day, they weren’t there 😦 Some funky biz owner took over 😦

I always got along very good with the taiwanese lady who spoke very good japanese 🙂 She always gave me incredible discounts whenever I rented vhs anime tapes 🙂 I guess they couldn’t keep up w/dvd popularity, so they closed down.

hoso bankyo…

I dislike them very much. Because they cut out cm and I can’t find out product info of any sort. Tsuburaya channel has their hero shows w/cm intact. That’s how I found out about demaaga and orochi monster figures. Now I got two awesome monster figures 🙂

lamborghini…

I saw a green lamborghini some time ago. I sure envy that person. whoever he/she is^^;; but it’s not a reventon. those cars cost 1.4 mil dollars whew! one day I like to own my own black colored reventon. oh yeah 🙂

being uniquely…

Japanese. But I should say Japanese raised on American soil. So I grew up with ideas of individuality 🙂 Japanese people have a hive mind. It’s all together or nothing. Many years ago, when I was working in a Japanese store, my head boss didn’t like me saying “Yeah”(yah) because it meant I was saying no. But I was really saying Yeah, okay to my supervisor. He had no problem with me. The other thing my head boss didn’t like was my free spirit/individuality. He said some terrible things about me but I overlooked his insolence towards me. I had an enjoyable stint in that store. Even ignoring trolls to the best of my ability.
